Fairbook is where golf coaches take lesson bookings. Every coach is checked before they can list, the availability you see is the diary they actually keep — and you don't pay a penny until your coach confirms.
You request a time from a real diary. Your coach confirms, usually the same day — and you pay your coach directly once they do.
Browse coaches by club, speciality and price. Every profile shows who they teach and what a lesson costs — no “enquire for rates”.
Their diary is live on the profile. Pick a slot that suits you and send the request — there's nothing to pay yet.
Your coach confirms, usually the same day. You pay them directly once they do — then just turn up and play better.
Fairbook is new. The coaches here don't have Fairbook reviews yet — what they have is real qualifications and years on the range. Ratings will appear as lessons are played, and every one of them will come from a golfer who actually booked.
Your profile leads with your qualifications, not an algorithm's opinion of you. Set your availability once, confirm the requests that suit you, and get paid without chasing anyone.
Your profile shows up to golfers searching by club and speciality — zero marketing required.
Set your times once. Golfers request slots that suit you — you confirm the ones you want. No double bookings, no DM tennis.
Golfers pay you once you confirm the lesson — your rate, your money, no waiting on a platform payout.
No star ratings here — none would be real yet. Every coach's credentials are checked before they're listed, and you never pay until they confirm your time.
Marks specific dates as off — golfers can't book them. Your weekly hours stay exactly as they are.
These dates sit on top of your weekly hours — only the dates you pick are blocked. Remove a block any time to re-open those days.
No days blocked off.
Tap an hour to switch it on or off for golfers to book.
The window of hours your grid offers. Hours outside it aren't bookable.
Away for a bit? Blocking clears every open hour in your weekly pattern until you re-open them.
Every lesson ends with one clear thing to work on.
Your coach reads this with your request — a line or two is plenty.
0 / 240This is your coach’s real diary — any time you can see is genuinely open.
This is exactly what your coach gets — check it reads right.
No payment now
You’ll pay your coach directly once they confirm your request.
Online deposits are coming to Fairbook — for now, payment stays between you and your coach.
Golfers request the hours you've opened, with their goal attached. You confirm the ones you want — one tap, no thread. That's the whole loop. Try it →
"Keen to sort out my slice before the club medal — thanks."
The golfer's message arrives with the request — you know what they want before you say yes.
Every platform has terms. Most bury them under the promises. Ours fit on a scorecard — tap any line for the plain-English version.
Price each lesson type yourself — a 30-minute tune-up, an hour, on-course. Change your rates whenever you like. Nobody discounts you.
Golfers can only request hours you've opened, and every request arrives with their goal attached. Nothing lands in your diary unless you confirm it.
Right now, when you confirm, the golfer pays you directly — Fairbook processes no payment and takes nothing from your lesson. Card payments through Fairbook are on the roadmap; when they arrive, a per-booking fee will apply only to bookings Fairbook sends you — your own students are never commissioned — and you'll see the rate in writing before it ever does.
No lock-in, no non-competes. Leave whenever you like and keep coaching your students. In-app client management is part of the Manage plan.
Joining and taking bookings costs nothing while we're getting started. Two plans exist — Free (your marketplace listing) and Manage (run your own client book, never commissioned), with Pro to come — but pricing isn't finalised, so we won't print a number we might change. You'll see rates in writing before you're ever asked to pay.

Fairbook is new. There are no reviews yet — yours or anyone's — because we don't invent them. The number of golfers searching today is small and growing, so your first requests will trickle before they flow. What you get for being early: your page live from day one, your diary in the system, and terms this simple — in writing, before we're big enough to complicate them.
A page that matches the coaching: qualifications first, your prices in £, your live diary — with a link you can put on a business card, a club noticeboard, or an Instagram bio.
Your page will never show a rating that didn't come from a golfer who actually booked you through Fairbook. Right now that means no stars at all — your qualifications do the talking until real reviews exist.
Nothing below is "coming soon" — if it's listed, it's in the product now.
Qualifications, specialities, location and your £ prices — shareable anywhere.
Open the hours you actually teach; golfers request only those. Close a day in two taps.
Every request carries the golfer's message — you know what they want fixed before you say yes.
Talk to students before and after lessons — one thread per student, no app-hopping.
Client history, notes and rebooking together — part of the Manage plan.
Upcoming and past lessons together, with cancellations and reschedules handled in place.
Golfers pay you directly when you confirm a lesson — however you already take payment. Fairbook processes nothing and takes nothing from your lesson.
Deposit at booking, balance in person — the golfer pays a small deposit online to hold the slot and settles the rest with you at the lesson. No-shows stop being free. When that lands, a per-booking fee will apply only to bookings Fairbook sends you — your own students are never commissioned — and you'll see the rate in writing before it ever touches your money.
Free to join today. Minutes to set up. Your first request could arrive tonight.

The rules for using Fairbook — written in plain English where possible
By accessing or using Fairbook ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Fairbook is a marketplace that connects golfers ("students") with golf coaches ("coaches"). We are not a golf coaching service ourselves — we provide the technology platform that facilitates the connection.
You may register as a golfer, a coach, or both. Each account type has different features and responsibilities as described below.
Booking on Fairbook works by request and confirmation. When a golfer requests a time and the coach confirms it, a binding agreement is formed directly between the golfer and the coach. Fairbook is not a party to that agreement and takes no payment for it.
Fairbook does not currently process payments. You pay your coach directly, and the price you see is the price you pay.
Because no payment is taken through Fairbook, there is nothing for Fairbook to refund — cancellation is about respecting your coach's time.
When online payment launches, a clear cancellation and refund policy for prepaid bookings will be published here first.
By joining Fairbook as a coach, you agree to the following:
By booking through Fairbook as a golfer, you agree to:
Fairbook is a technology platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety or outcome of any golf lesson delivered by a coach listed on our platform.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
If a dispute arises between a golfer and a coach, we encourage you to resolve it directly via Fairbook messages. If that fails:
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make significant changes:

Fairbook exists because finding a coach still means asking around, and coaching diaries still live in text threads. We're fixing both.
Ask a golfer how they found their coach and you'll usually hear the same story: a name from the pro shop, a number passed on in a group chat, then days of phone tag to land on a time. Ask a coach how they manage bookings and you'll see the other half — a diary spread across texts, DMs and missed calls.
Fairbook puts both on one page: a coach's qualifications, their prices in £, and a live diary you can request a time from. The coach confirms by message — usually the same day — and everyone gets their evenings back.
Golf coaching here has always run on word of mouth — great if you know the right pro shop, invisible if you don't. We want the coaches worth learning from to be findable by anyone.
And for the coaches themselves: tools that respect how they actually work. Their rates, their hours, their call on every booking — with the admin handled.
Every startup says this bit. Here's ours, written so you can hold us to it.
Whether you're a golfer after a better game or a coach who wants their evenings back — Fairbook is open, and early is a good time to arrive.
Fairbook adds nothing on top for golfers — and coaches join free while we're getting started. Here's the whole money story, in writing.
You pay one person: your coach, directly, once they've confirmed your lesson — cash or card, at the lesson. No service fee, no add-ons at checkout, no membership.
The only money that moves is the lesson price on your coach's profile — set by them, paid to them.
Joining and taking bookings costs nothing today. Two plans exist; neither has a printed price yet, because we won't publish a number we might change.
Deposit-at-booking is included here — not a paid extra. A per-booking fee will apply only to bookings Fairbook sends you; you'll see the rate in writing first.
Your students stay yours — bookings you bring carry no fee, on this plan, ever.
Later A Pro plan — priority placement and analytics — arrives when the marketplace is busy enough for those to matter. It isn't sold today.

Find a coach, request a time that suits, and pay your coach directly once they confirm. Here's the whole thing — from both sides.
No phone calls, no WhatsApp tennis — a real diary and a coach who answers.
Browse coaches by club, speciality and price. Every profile leads with qualifications and shows lesson prices in £ — no "DM for rates".
Their diary is live on the profile. Pick an hour that suits, add a note about what you want to work on, and send the request — there's nothing to pay yet.
Your coach confirms by message, usually the same day. You pay your coach directly at the lesson — Fairbook adds nothing on top.
You request first. Money only changes hands once your coach has confirmed — and it goes to them directly, not through Fairbook.
The hours you see are the hours your coach actually opened — real availability, not a form that goes to voicemail.
Every booking comes with a thread. Ask questions, share your goals, or rearrange — before and after the lesson.
There are no star ratings yet, because none would be real. When reviews launch, every one will come from a golfer who actually booked.
